Treasures ready for a second life

A tiny barn full of things worth keeping — antiques, original paintings, ornaments, lamps and pieces of we've restored ourselves (or plan to ... ).

Nothing here arrived new.

Everything in the barn has been somewhere before — and most of it will outlast whatever you'd buy flat-packed this weekend. We repair what's sound, repaint what needs it, and leave alone anything that's earned its marks.

Come and open the drawers. That's what they're for.

What's inside
Our own work

Furniture Revival

I love to take tired old pieces of furniture and strip them back, ideally to the original wood, but where that's not possible I like to paint them in fashionable colours. I love solid, strong furniture that looks like it's had a good life — because it has.

Always changing

Antique & Vintage Treasures

Our lovely hoard is growing weekly. Come in for one thing and leave with another.

We can have a chat about your options.

Most things can be revived. A wobbly joint or a tired finish are not a reason to throw them away.
